I think it is the rule you are looking for, so no. Not legal.

ETA: Totally sorry, I read wrong. If the foot goes before the hands then yes it is legal.

If the flyer's feet hit the floor before the round off, which I am imagining is what you mean, then yes, it is legal.

Yes this is legal. I have competed it in level 2 before.

All dismounts must be assisted to the performing surface so an athlete couldn't be "thrown" into a roundoff. @Ren wyatt if you have a video, send to [email protected]
