Bases are holding flyer in a cradle position, they then throw flyer from the cradle out of their hands into a round off bhs?

L2 Stunts-Inversions
  1. Transitions from ground level inversions to non-inverted positions are allowed. No other inversions
    are allowed.
I think it is the rule you are looking for, so no. Not legal.

ETA: Totally sorry, I read wrong. If the foot goes before the hands then yes it is legal.

If the flyer's feet hit the floor before the round off, which I am imagining is what you mean, then yes, it is legal.

Thanks for the replies, so as long as the flyer (the person performing the tumbling skills) feet are landing before hands in the round off it would be legal?
