I'm sorry I don't have a video, but my level two does this stunt and I'm not sure if it's legal

Extension to prone (back stays connected) and then they touch flyers feet on the floor, then they touch hands on the floor (so they are now in a push up position) then they pick the feet up so they're in an inverted , handstand. After this the backspot grabs the fliers lower back and is connected the entire time, and the flyer flips to a cradle. The flyer also bends her arms before the flip to make sure that there isn't a bunny hop. Is this legal? @Andre

Without a video I can't say for sure, but what you are describing sounds legal. Some things to think about:
- Make sure the flyer doesn't go inverted in the inversion to prone
- Make sure the foot/feet are down before the flyer is inverted with hands on the ground
- Make sure the flyer's hands do not come off of the ground in the handstand before she is flipping up to cradle (for instance, if her hands come off the ground when she is bending her arms)

Just a few considerations of typical legality issues off the top of my head
