Are assisted back tucks from load and caught in load allowed in pyramids if the back spot reaches up and holds the flyers hand as well as the posts on either side? What about if they start in cradle position then toss and do the tuck? This question is for level 3. Thank you!

Braced inversions in L3 pyramids must maintain contact with someone on the ground & cannot land in an extended position, so the backspot maintaining contact throughout the transition would make that legal.

It's legal if you have them grab just one elevator, and the hand of the backspot. You don't HAVE to have both elevators bracing.
