I would say yes but I think that the inversion can't happen over shoulder height of the bases.

Well yes and no. The dismount itself is legal but the actually inversion needs to happen below prep level. It's a bit too high. My team did it last year, skip to 0:47 on the video. There's a slight pause to emphasize it going below prep level. So yeah just be careful because earlier in the season we got warnings for it being too high
