Is this element legal at level 3?
Braced on both sides, connected to base throughout the entire transition.
I thought it was, but I'm second guessing it now.

I am not a safety judge, but I think this is legal. My senior 3 team did this last season but only braced on one side

It is legal. I knew it was, but one of our other coaches was being all "know-it-all-y" and trying to say it was something like level 4. So I was like let me ask people...
I just didn't want to waste time waiting for USASF to respond with Worlds going on and summit practices being so few before having left for the event.

This is a video of us from 3 months ago, but our youth 3 dismounts just like that from their pyramid.

Or it atleast it looks like that.

My level 3-ers does almost the same at the end of our pyramid, at 2:08!
