I forget what it's called but u start with one leg in and as you hit the top you switch to left and from there you can pull stretched and air basques after that two legs together full down! At the start you can always do a rewind to load
 

Pretty proud of our junior level 3 team's sequence at vca. Their elite starts around :45 it's a loooooong sequence but there's some good stuff in there :-D
 
The level 3 team at my gym does mock ups to a stretch, half ups to a lib, waterfalls starting at a load, full-ups to prep, the full twisting front flip, and full downs. Hope that helps!
