Can you do a ball up to stretch if you start with a foot on the ground, load in with two feet and then dip for the ball up to a stretch?

no. It has to be ground up.
 
You could do it, and land on 1 foot or 2 feet...but you would just need to make sure at least 1 foot was on the ground for the dip.
