Level 4 Dismont

I have seen a lot of level 4 teams doing this dismount from central Jersey all stars in there pyramid but is it legal for this level pyramid center perp group starting at 2:00

Legal starting at level 3 assuming all the height restrictions are followed (can't pass extended arm level and must lend at or below prep) and for the level five it can't pass 18 inches pass extended arm level.

Everyone should remember extended arm level is pretty high when the flier is prone. Assuming they are perfectly flat and their legs are let's just say 30 inches long (does anyone know the average leg length of a teenage girl?) they could be 30 inches higher than their outstretched arms.
