In lvl 4, you can do rewinds (back tucks) to a half /prep in paretner stunts, so In the pyramid while the tuck being braced can it go to an extended position? if so can it go to a one legged extended or does it have to be to two feet?

    1. All braced inversions (including braced flips) that land in an extended upright position require at least one base and 2 additional spotters.
    2. The base(s) and spotter(s) must be stationary.
    3. The base(s) and spotter(s) must maintain visual contact with the top person throughout the entire transition.
      1. The base(s) and spotter(s) may not be involved with any other skill or choreography when the transition is initiated. (The dip to throw the top person is considered the initiation of the skill.)

You can do flips to prep or extended level in L4 with 2 bracers at prep level or below and a few other restrictions.
