Are you able to do a high to high without third or post connection? ex.heel stretch to heel stretch?
Or is that only lvl 5/6?

No - release moves must originate from ground level.

ok, So what about a power press switch like the one at 0:41 my team did it last yr. The third dosnt grab the ankel we just power press switch to the top..
