College Nca Divison Schools?

You might want to check out collegecheerguide.com- look under the "colleges that compete" link...each college has their own page that has a ton of information about the program, including whether they compete at NCA, UCA or both. I have learned quite a bit by investigating the links on that site!

College teams cannot compete in both UCA and NCA College Nationals. They can only compete in one or the other.

That makes sense. I probably dreamed that one up...I could swear I saw a post, or a listing or something that someone, somewhere did both...lol. I'm getting a little overwhelmed with helping my daughter navigate through all the college choices...I quite possibly just made that up! Thanks for the clarification, and I'm glad I can still learn something new every day! :)

Teams can't compete at both, but coed partner ad allgirl partner groups can compete at both. SFA sends partners to UCA even though they team compete at NCA. Same with HPU and a few others.

be aware collegecheerguide.com is not always up to date. for example my team won NCA and our school's not even on there!

I have heard that there is a typical UCA school that has made the change to NCA but I can't figure out who it was and the person isn't sure either (they were told by someone on NCA staff). Has anyone heard about any UCA schools switching to NCA?

*Sorry this isn't really with the topic but it isn't something I wanted to make a new thread over*

College Cheer Guide depends on coaches supplying the info. Several coaches haven't responded so their teams aren't listed.
