Hi, So im in need of a little guidance, the area that I live in has only 1 All star cheerleading gym, for everyone around for miles. So I was thinking about starting my own gym, I've looked for locations but how does it all come together? Do I need to completely furnish my gym and everything before I even look for staff, do I start promoting my gym or wait? What are the steps I should take because there is so little for the youth to do out here I really believe this gym could do great things, I just am unsure of where to start. Please, I would appreciate all the help I can get.
