[Dy'Namic Cheer]

Hi,

We have started a new cheer competitive team and we are small in numbers. We are looking for great ways to recruit new girls of all ages. Any advice on how improve and make our cheer team stand out?

Social media advertising it always great! Reaching out to local schools with middle school and high school cheer teams and, offering clinics for those teams to see what your gym is all about is a great tool to show them your program! Also, doing exhibitions at local school competitions is great, as well! Hope this helps!

Social media is the biggest way my college team has recruited. We started the program last year and did a ton of posts to social media and did performances in the community. We've also gone to the local high schools during their games (specifically basketball to recruit for tryouts) and gave them information about our program inviting them to our information meeting before tryouts. Reaching out is the best way to get yourself known and promote interest!
