I have 3 girls all did cheerleading at some point , 2 of them are college kids now and then well the little one is 10. I have been coaching peewee league cheer for the last 2 years and last month early was promoted into the Director position after holding varsity at the peewee level for both years. This is my third year to coach , and first to direct . I have minimal info so I am doing the best I can with what Ive got.
Small community. Lots of begging for sponsership and resource help with minimal return.
So I am hear to soak up as much knowledge as possible
