Looks really nice. Maybe in a couple of years the trend will reverse (or new rules will be put in for uniforms) and we'll go back to functional and cute.

Fashion is cyclical. I can see it.

If you still want the look of a full skirt lots of companies offer a "no slip skirt" or something similar, where the side seams of the skirt and spankies are sewn together. I have this in my uniform and haven't had any issues with it. just another option for your consideration :)

CP was 7 last season and her team had Rebel unis with skorts. They totally stayed in place, no need to pull anything down.

ACX has had skorts for the past 2 uniforms and I have never heard any complaints (( loved it for the few times I wore it filling during the first uniform too). They look great, they feel better, and they cover everything for the whole routine - pretty perfect!

Hate them. My gym made the switch over from a skirt and I hated every second I was in it, they were white skorts so that's maybe what made them suck. With the skirt, if I was going to sit down on the floor or somewhere I wasn't sure was going to stain my skirt I would just pull up the back so I would be sitting on my black shorts rather than the white skirt and my skirt would rarely get dirty but with the skort... it was terrible. I had to keep a stain remover with me at all times and two day comps were the worst. I also hated the way they looked on me but maybe it's because they were white. As to the whole pulling down skirts and such, the skort obviously stayed in place but when I had a skirt it also stayed in place so it wasn't anything different to me. Also, I'm the type of person that wears shorts even if it comes with them inside and the skorts were just not a good match if you're like me. The shorts were obvious from the back as it showed like underwear lines except 10x worse unlike the skirt where the lines didn't show as much or barely at all. I obviously have strong feelings about them but if you do go with skorts... please don't go with white and choose a color that's more flattering on the athletes.

I was going to say the same thing. My CP has the same thing in her skirt and it literally never comes up.

That's great! I remember we discussed this last year and we said that it should exist. I didn't know that it did.

CP's might have come from the half year lookbook as well (I didn't know they were from Rebel until she got it and I saw the tag attached to it) I know her uniform was around $130.

Coloured skorts- great. Black skorts- even better. White skorts- never. White is often seethrough and easy to stain. Pros-Don't have to pull them down and they stay in place. Cons- panty lines is probably the biggest con for me, especially for younger athletes that don't really want to wear thongs or thin no-show underwear.

I think that this is the same team, they are both called "diamonds" and the logo and uni style seems similar

I don't care for this style. They are the same as CEA where they did the bodysuit underneath but rolled it up for senior teams. I just don't care for the look.
