KU Cheer Coach what type of skills would be recommended for a high school girl wanting to fly? How experienced are most of the kids at the clinic?

Hi WorkToWin. We get a wide range of skills at the clinics -- from people (guys and girls) who've never stunted before to girls throwing bhs full-ups with our guys. I talk through some basic through advanced stunts to everyone, but most of the instruction is individual one-on-one with our guys, so every skill level should be able to learn from it. Thanks!
