High School Off Season Conditioning And Weight Training

Now that we have hit off season, I would like to start doing some weight training and conditioning with my squad. What are some different exercises, conditioning, or weight training activities that you do with your squads?

School has a CSCS on staff and a class called "weight training for athletes." I heavily push my kids, flyers, bases, and backs, to take the class every term.
 
Cp goes to a class called Cheer 360 for her AS team but we know of quite a few HS programs who have their teams do it as well.

It is fantastic. Perfect conditioning for cheer. They have a facility where one can go to and just take classes, or as in the case of my cp, they come to her gym and she takes a weekly class there. Nicest people who run it too. They even came to Worlds last year to cheer all their kids on.
