Have made something similar, only not a bow. Streamers of ribbon tied to a keychain ring with name on one ribbon, team name on another. Used different width ribbon and tied little star charms to some of the smaller ribbons.

If you are talking about mine with ribbons, I used smaller iron on letters from Joanne's. It came out great and was pretty easy to do. I will try to find a picture.

i make something similar but i use a button with what ever you want on it name, number, gym logo favortie cheer saying but as a keychain or with a clip on the end buy most people put them on the knapsacks instead it turns out great
