I have a picture (not going to post because they aren't on fierceboard and they are minors) of two girls that used to be best friends and a new school split them up, so at a game in which the schools played each other, they took pictures in their cheer uniforms.

I will say the new school did lessen rivalries with another school that combined for the new one.

This is a video of my middle school team, we normally practice on grass and sometimes during the week in the fall we end up practicing in the dark under football lights on the football field. By the time we compete we just have to wing it as far as spacing.

We had a competition coming up and I was talking to our rival teams coach in passing and mentioned our practice situation and she invited us to her teams gym for kind of like a practice slash run through.

I love this video because you can hear the rival cheerleaders in the background at one point say "come on girls ! " and cheering them on and we were slated to compete against them the following weekend !

It just shows that even in rivalry you can still have good sportsmanship.
