    $25.00 Registration Fee. Practice begins September 1st!!
    Bring copy of your Birth Certificate, and Photo (wallet size)
    Registration Form, Code of Conduct Acknowledgement, 2nd page of Financial Obligation Form must be signed.

    Bring a friend to get $10 off your Deposit Fee.
