OT Pro Force Stretching Chair!

So for Christmas this year, my wonderful boyfriend bought me the Pro Force stretching chair!! Does anyone have any experiences with this beastly creation? I'm going to be sitting in it for 30 min every day for a month and I'll see what they results are!

They have that at the UCF gym! There are girls constantly on it, so I've never gotten a chance to try it. But it's pretty popular at the UCF gym!

Hahaha they used to have something similar to this at a gymnastics gym I went to. Its soo painful, but I wasn't nearly as flexible as I am now when I used it. But people seemed to be happy with the results!
