The almightys know, and as long as it continues to keep itself in check, it will likely remain quiet.

Is it possible for an international team (as in, from say Germany, or the UK) to compete in the non-international divisions?

Could a UK team who are all say 12-17 compete in Large AG? If so, how do they get the bids? In the UK we don't compete in IO5, just Level 5 at the bids competitions, so could we technically use that bid to enter a non-international division? And if not, why not?

Also (possibly a dumb questions) but Panthers...BABS...HUH?! What does BABS stand for? Is it an acronym? Why did it come about?

Yes, they can. FTG Pumas from Germany competed in small coed this year, Looney dolphins competed in large senior in 2010 and Frogs (from slovenia) competed in small coed in 2009. So you can use bid for non international division.

BABS stand for Bad A$$ Bitches. That's what I heard.

So why can't everyone get together and hammer out a unified scoring sheet for all competitions? What is the incentive to keep it tangled like this?

Technically Open 4 is just open and not International Open. I think the IO refers to the fact that it's a worlds division.

I know one is "in the works" there's just a lot of pride and stubborn-ness involved unfortunately. I'd love a unified scoring system and think it would ultimately strengthen the sport!!

Yes. Dismount to prone really is no different than dismount to cradle, & I'm pretty sure the rule says you can twist up to 2 and a quarter to be exact, so there really is no way to justify it being illegal, right?

It's not a cradle, it's considered a release move (due to landing prone) so has to follow stunt transition rules, limiting it to 2 twists at level 5.
