LMAO well they probably we're about to puke because they'd been conditioning and so working hard lol but they all went home ok. You clearly missed the message behind the words that we're being said if you thought the video was scary and depressing because it's definitely the furthest thing from that. The greatest teams go to practice to truly practice and no matter what sport you play sweating and handwork is a necessary ingredient in become a true athlete.
I still say F5 has the hardest conditioning regimen. Ask any of those ladies and they'll tell you it's to die for, well LITERALLY! LMAO
