Can someone explain the 14 and up divisions for international?

In general I see 14 year old girls flying on 22 year old guys from international.

I believe 14 is the minimum age for a lot of international sporting events so the USASF/IASF selected it to be consistent with other sports.

I'm sort of surprised that so many people have issues with a 12 year old on a SR team, but haven't heard many complaints about a 14 year old girl on a international coed team.

I wish that they would allow more members on an Open Coed or all girl team. I was told that the reason was to keep costs down for international teams travelling, but how about those teams that compete in large senior?
I think its ridiculous. At least let me put 30 people on the floor if that what we have.

Club Cheer=The divisions at worlds that are not international (Large senior, small senior, Small limited coed, etc)

Why it is called "club cheer" is beyond me. I'm assuming because it has "no" school affiliation it is considered club.

The same as what you think of as all star cheer gyms.

that large NEVER goes to 30. i hope i never have to hear of that ever again!

that there is a vintage themed competition sometime during the season, every gym wears their old or oldest cheer uniforms

no more international level 6 teams

Unlimited and semi limited are gone, and its large coed again

varsity tv shows the entire routine in their videos

the board members and decision makers are not gym owners or coaches of the bigger, more popular, and the most "winningest" gyms, so their is no more controversy or drama or bs of favoritism of who wins at comps.

I don't know what it's like in other countries, but in Germany senior divisions are 16yo+ and juniors are aged between 11 and 16 years. So if a jr team receives a Worlds bid, they can easily compete in a club division (e.g. Loony Dolphins, they are a junior team over here!) because most kids are in that Worlds senior age range and they could still take some "German senior kids" on their team or whatever. And if a German senior team gets a bid, they can't compete in club divisions because I guess that at least 75 percent of an ordinary senior team over here is older than 18.
