Spirit FX is expanding our staff for the summer of 2013 due to rapid company growth and we are looking for part-time or full-time staffers. Below you can find a little bit more about our company and what we are looking for.
ABOUT US:
We have been around since 2004, and worked with over 400 different School Teams, Colleges, All-Star and Rec. Programs in over 40 states! The company has grown over 150% since last year alone and our turnover rates for employees and clients is near Zero. A mixture of core values, passion, professionalism and well-rounded and trained staff from numerous backgrounds makes our staff like no other. Staff is hand-selected and spends numerous hours training in teaching skills, learning proper skill verbatim and scoresheet playing.
WHAT MAKES US STAND OUT?
What we offer that several other companies and choreographers don't, is we focus and spend hours researching the rubrics and scoresheets you will be judged on to make sure the choreography/skills not only looks good, but will maximize your scoring grids as much as possible, whether it be a Jam Brands, Varsity, an IEP or your state's high school competition grids. We want to not only make you prepared with your skills, but also giving you an edge on your competitors by maximizing the easy points on a scoresheet that other teams sometimes overlook. We also build confidence and instill values in our teachings.
ACCOMPLISHMENT STATS:
We have assisted in many accomplishments while working with our clients:
*Top 10 Finish at the USASF 2012 Cheerleading Worlds (Many others making Finals).
*Regional, Sectional and State High School Champs in over 32 States.
*Numerous Specialty Awards including Best Choreography, Best Stunts, Best Dance, etc.
*Top 2 at NCA College Nationals in 2012.
*Too many to count National and Grand National All-Star Championships.
*Proper and QUICK Skill Progressions during Camps.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN NEW HIRES:
We are looking for passionate staff (male or female, 18 years or older) to help teach skills and choreography camps to teams across the country between June 2013 - August 2013. Full or Part Time positions available depending on experience and availability. Competitive pay, great learning experiences, and bonus incentives throughout the summer. Each staffer receives three staff outfits as well as all traveling expenses paid for. Must attend an expense-free *Mandatory* Staff Training Week in the early summer. Choreography experience preferred but not required. Must have access to an airport, a valid drivers license, be able to successfully pass a background check and provide three professional references.
