Standing Tuck Help!

Whenever I throw my standing tuck alone on the tumble track I'm never pulled in or tucked enough and I always come out of the tuck early. I have the same problem when I'm on the floor with a spot, but it's less there. I always try to pull harder but I never can! Any tips or drills I can do to fix that? :)
 
Just jump and set up first, then bring your hips over and tuck, dont throw your chest back and throw your head back...your gonna land anyway!!:) just keep tucked
 
i had the same problem. when we are warming up i lay on the floor and put my hands over my head like im setting and i pull my legs and knees to my chest. it helps me get my hios up and tell my mind that i need to tuck. also i do a few tuck jumps before i go. try it,. it helped me.
