Starting School Traditions

I coach a middle school team at a small Catholic school. The program is about 3 years old and I am about to start my second season with my team.

I'm curious what your favorite traditions are. We need to start some new, strong traditions. TY!

When I was in middle school we had this "secret" chant we would say really fast in a huddle to where we knew the words but no one else did and it was like "initiation" on the squad no one else could know the words beside the coaches and girls we all loved it!
