Taking The Next Step In Our Cheer Program

I am a coach that has revamped our high school and middle school program in the past three years. We are now at the point to be ready to take on Game Day competition. Do any of you have any advice on how to go about locating choreographers, music, etc. to make sure we are following the correct protocol and also planning the future of this program to grow and be successful? I have been traveling and watching the nationals UCA style game day and feel I have set the proper skills within the team now to take their attitudes to a positive new level and utilize those skills for competition at this time for Varsity level only.
