tie dye team shirts ...this is also an idea for a team bonding if you go to a beach or something...i've done this in the past in myrtle beach and at the gym..very fun

Sleepovers at the gym are great. We're going to have the girls make bows this year during ours. They also love to play "commercial" where the coach or a Mom picks out 3 random items and puts them in a bag. You split them up into groups of 3 or 4 and they have 5 minutes to come up with a commercial incorporating all those items. It helps the quieter usually younger kids on the team to come out of their shells a little bit. It gets everyone laughing at least!

Have a pool party with pizza and ice cream! It'll bring them closer and have fun together!

My team always has fun going out to dinner! It's a great way to bring the whole team together! We invite our coaches too so it helps them get to know us outside of practice. The parents learn more about eachother too since alot of the girls cant drive!
