Maybe because so many programs now have online Pro Shops?

You can get eye glitter that's safe for eyes, but you should never use regular craft glitter for makeup because ouch.

It never bothered me too much, I wore glitter makeup my first like 3 years in Allstar lol. My main problem was getting it off without getting makeup remover in my eyes - THAT was painful. The glitter, not so much!

In the Senior, Worlds teams at first. I think it's gone away to make room for more "action". Instead of motions, the kids can do a 3rd stunt sequence. That's why I'm that corny room mom who shows the old gym videos at Worlds! My room knew our chant: "We Are Extreme Allstars, the Best Ever! Teal, Black and White...NOW and FOREVER!" Yes, I'm that room mom!

The idea of the "Age appropriate team" has gone the way of the dinosaur. Some kids will never see a youth/junior team. When they turn 11.5, it's "boom! double-up! boom-boom!" Senior, baby! Heck, I bet Suzie's Mom, turned up at her nose at Suzy being placed on "just a junior team" once she reached that magical 12th year.

That's what I was thinking, you can pretty much get a gym shirt anywhere- even though its fun to trade for the kids, if they wanted a TG, CE or CA top etc. they can just order one

I feel like two piece, stomach showing uniforms are dying out. Probably one of the most controversial pieces about Allstar Cheerleading. I'm not sure how I feel about it. The uniforms were never for convenience or to help the routine, obviously, but they physically distinguished Allstar cheer from HS cheer. You know the teams by their uniforms before you see them compete, and I think that that is a good thing. Although, it allows the girls to feel less self conscious about they bodies if they don't like their stomachs showing and it allows more of a design on the uniform so I don't know, maybe it's a good thing. Also, they're more covered up (obviously) and it lets you focus more on the talent of the team on the mat than the little girls' bodies. So mixed feelings, I guess.

I know I am super late on this, but I agree whole-heartedly. Does anyone really think it's a good idea for 20 kids to be tumbling at the same time? In level 2, sure. But I just have a hard time with 20 people doing passes that end in fulls and doubles all at once.

Topgun jump sequences back in the day used to be awesome! I think it was like 2005 where the girls acted like they did a toe touch but the guys picked them up and spun them around. I was mind blown when they did that back then. Now its just 4 jumps and a tuck and done.

Us too. And I hear there may actually be one additional. I guess that makes us dinosaurs.
