Usasf Cheer Safety/legality Email

I submit to the USASF cheer safety/legality email often. But it sometimes (usually) takes a semi-long time to get a response. The quickest has been 3 days, sometimes up to two weeks or in a few instances I never got an answer at all. I know there are Prob a TON of submissions and I'm not trying to be a pain, but at times these things have an expiration date. Ie: a comp that weekend and you don't know if you can do the stunt or not. I'm pretty rules savvy, and am certified in levels 1-3 by USASF in stunts tosses and tumbling, but occasionally I will need help on a technicality. Is there a more efficient way I can get an answer? I haven't been able to figure out how to upload videos to fierce board to have them checked here. But I'm currently awaiting an answer on a level 2 stunt I submitted Saturday. Any help?
