Section I of level one dismounts says that they are not allowed but there's no definition. Can someone please explain to me what this is defined as?

around 1:30 basically, it's when bases are holding the flyer and start leaning towards the ground, letting them go at the end.

also, the dismount from the last pyramid.

So cute and really funny - the transitions, the dance, the mascot :)
And this tension rolls out of the pyramid - wow.

Any way to finagle the rules make them legal?

I think itd be a really cute level 1/2 dismount

and do a true tension roll/drop? No.

What if the back held the ankles all the way to the ground and then rolled?
A flyer must be assisted to the ground in pop off dismounts (unless it's at waist level). A tension roll or tension drop involves no assistance to the ground.

That's cute, that pyramid is.

And terrifying.

(Sorry I know this is an old thread but I'm looking for L1 inspiration :) )

I love when old threads get brought up. Then I go shimmy the posts and people are always like "what the crap?"
You're welcome @NJ Coach ;)

(But I should be thanking you for posting that video of the Flintstones cheer routine)
