Are you close, are you doing it with a spot?

I think a video or a detailed description of what you are doing now would be most beneficial. When my cp was 5 her problem was she had super bent arms and not jumping off both feet simultaneously.
So that's what was concentrated on during drills!

I think people just need to kind of see what it is you are doing. Good luck
 
Most people have problems with straighting their arms. Try doing handstand hops (doing a handstand and when you're almost up there use your arms to pop off the ground) try also to concentrate on lengthing it. Squeeze your abs and your butt, and make sure notto throw your head back.. Oh and keep your eyes open!!
 
Well what i did is get a cheese mat and lay it flat out and jump back on it with your back and be hollow you can also do hollow holds puch ups and get your legs and arms stronger
