Ok I was looking at this tumbling pass and it started as a Bhs and half way through she did a half turn and ended it like a fwo. What is this called? Is it hard?

I'm not entirely sure if this is what you mean, as it's a tumble rather than a pass, but look up "onodi" on YouTube (I would post a video but I'm on my phone, sorry!).

Another question! Are these difficult to do? Cause I'd love to incorporate it into my pass!

I've never done them myself but I think it's a gymnastics beam skill. If you want to learn one I think you'd probably have to go to a gymnastics gym unless your coach has gymnastics qualifications as it's not generally something that's done in cheer.

Not sure what level you are, but something to note is that an Onodi is not legal until level 4 for standing tumbling. Just a heads up.

I'm on a 4. I wasn't planning on doing it standing. I was planning on incorperating it into my running pass.

I once saw a video of a guy doing a ro onodi ro bhs double I'll post you the link here but I'm not sure if it works since I'm on my phone. I guess you could do ro onodi ro bhs lay out?
And about being to hard, in gymnastics performing an onodi in beam is an D skill which means a hard one since its a blind landing skill, it has a value of .4 while the hardest skill has a value of .7, so yes it is hard to perform it on the beam, so I'm assuming it must be a little difficult to learn it.
I hope my post made sense hahaha here's the link
