Yes it is 1 spirit from the Dallas area. They were the combination of level 5 athletes from I believe it was Pro Spirit, Envy, & Pride that formed a team and would practice at the various different gyms during different days.

They basically took Pro spirit's uniform and made it sublimated with the new color gradient. The back is almost identical :Worlds 2010 Finals | Facebook

I believe so. All the gyms that combined their level 5 athletes for 1 spirit still had level 1-4 at their own gym under their individual gym names.
