    1⃣ Turbo Lunges I 10 reps x 3 rounds I focus = lower body, core & cardio
    2⃣ Jump Squats I 10 reps x 3 rounds I focus = legs & cardio
    3⃣ Leg Lifts I 10 reps x 3 rounds I focus = core
    4⃣ Straddle Leg Lifts I 10 reps x 3 rounds I focus = hip flexors
