All-Star Worlds Pep Talk From A Retiree?

hey ya'll. I'm real big on pep talks lol I would like to pass some words of encouragement on to my old team, and I always use a quote, but I'm at a loss here. I'm trying to find something that isn't corny or cliche, and it's not working for me. anyone have something good I can use and pass along to me team? any help is appreciated!
