Level 5 skills across the board .... Variation of consecutive whipped jumps to standing tucks .... Squad fulls ... Sometimes squad double fulls .... But 75% of your high-v floats into position with broken wrist and loose donut holes. How does this happen? Is good motion technique something of the past? I have seen youth Level 1 teams with cleaner motion technique/execution than Sr. Coed Level 5 IOC teams ..... from the same gym .... I just don't get it.
