We are the competitive All-Girl Cheerleading team at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. As a team underneath the UNC Campus Recreation Sports Clubs we recieve very minimal funding. We do our best to fundraise, however we mostly pay out of pocket for our shoes, gear, coaches, choreography, and competitions.
Our biggest event of the season is not surprisingly our most expensive. NCA College Nationals is in sunny Daytona Beach, Florida. The entire season leads up to this event and we feel so lucky to have a bronze bid to attend this year and compete against 20+ other college teams of our calibur, as well as watch and interact with cheerleaders from all over the nation.
This fund goes towards helping the entire team to lower the costs of travel and hotel fees. Any little bit can help wether it be $2, $25, or $100 you will be supporting the Tar Heel cheerleaders in their endevor to bring back a national title! Even if you support red or dark blue instead, you can still support the height of an individuals cheerleadering career.
