That's what I thought and I even posted in the other posts about her that he says he has no affiliation with her but now he feels bad for her. Idk I'm confused

How are we stalking her? [emoji15] Her profiles are public anyone can see her post! If she doesn't want people talking about her bad business practices maybe she shouldn't scam people! So if someone does a review on yelp about a business and the business doesn't agree they should waste the police officers time and call them and say they are being stalked!? I bet if she did a great job and we all followed her on Twitter and made comments about how awesome she is she wouldn't think this was stalking!

Called me to tell me that some sheriffs dept is going to be calling me and I have to remove this thread ... Because all of yall are stalking the Leslie girl and it has created a lot of problems for him.

And everyone's pics are all in the mail now

And that he is contacting fierceboard and they are going to remove my acct lol.


Eta: he created his acct on 6/1 so his 72 hrs should be up so I wouldn't be surprised if he replies to this lol

Haha. I would have told him,"I look forward to the phone call! I will have the names, addresses, and phone numbers of everyone Leslie has scammed in addition to all of the information I have already found on Leslie."

I know he didn't actually call the police. But if he or Leslie do eventually try to get the police involved, oh what I would give to be a fly on the wall for THAT conversation.

And if the owner of Fierce Fotography is reading this, please take this advice to heart: Leslie is a scammer. What she does is illegal. Being associated with someone who engages in illegal activity will only bring scrutiny on your own business. Instead of trying to protect this unscrupulous person, you should work very hard to distance yourself from her. She doesn't have a business license. I highly doubt she is reporting this income to the IRS. Continuing to be defensive will not end well for her. She should just apologize and either hand over the pictures or the money ASAP.

Lastly, receiving money for a service and then not providing that service ONE time is something that will bring you to small claims court. Developing a pattern of offering to provide someone a service using someone else's business name, taking money from multiple people in exchange for this service, and then not providing that service will land you in JAIL.

Social media is a privilege, not a right. If you don't want people to find you on social media either have everything on private or don't have it at all.

If you are trying to start a business, you need to have an open, professional social media presence. You also need to deliver promises in a timely manner and respond to emails, texts, phone calls, etc…

This is funny because my HS-aged students will always say things like "Omggggg Bryce is a total stalker. He was stalking my instagram and texted me 20 times about going to Benihana with my ex this weekend."

Bryce is not a stalker. There are 15 public photos of you and this boy at Benihana. A blind man can see that you went to Benihana.

He did not hack into your private account.
He did not get on someone else's account to try and see yours.
Those things are stalking.

Looking at a public instagram account is not social media stalking.

I'd recommend reporting her to Sheila Noone at Varsity (or anyone in Varsity's media department) to make sure she doesn't pull this scam on anyone else.
