Girls should post photos of their backs after having to wear uniforms with clear straps or other alternate arrangements to compete- like ace bandages and strapping tape over a strapless bra. I'm not even remotely gifted and the painful pressure marks I would get on my skin from having to wear strapless bras/clear straps were ridiculous.

I have scars from a strapless bra I had to wear for my last uniform, I only wore the bra during the performance but it chaffed so bad it left scars on my sides, the bra was the right size too. I'll never wear a strapless bra again

I know this is the least of the worries with clear straps but they always have me back acne which I hated. All this bra is, is a cropped version of the body suit leotards a lot of dancers use to accommodate costumes. Not exactly innovative or patent worthy IMO.

Maybe that company should use a model that is at least a C cup or bigger then I can see if it's "supportive." Gosh that bra is sitting really low on her chest. All I want to do is pull it up. And the way the clear straps tug at the bra seems like the material is thin.

The fact that it was tugging so much is what instantly brought the body suit leo to my head. They're essentially a slightly thicker mesh and offer no support. It looks like something that would be convenient for trendy tops with funny necklines or backs but as for anything to offer athletic support...not so much.

A for effort but F for actual functionality.

The bra situation really does make me angry. Last season my coach told be I must wear a strapless bra as she forgot to get a one shouldered bra designed. I point blank refused so I painted foundation on my bra straps and no one could see them from stage and I had the right support

I know some of the girls I cheer with use skin coloured strapping tape to cover their bra straps when they wear proper bras with an open backed uni - if that's helpful to anyone in need

My 11 year old (almost 12) is about a B cup and she still has red marks the next morning after a 4 hour show when she has to wear clear straps for dance.
