I noticed that today too and was wondering the same thing.

I've been curious about this for a while, because at other competitions I know you can max out on coed stunt scores as long as at least half of your boys are coed stunting. So why would you push for all of them if you can max out with half?

I missed a lot of this thread so not sure if anyone has said this, but if Brandon doesn't win I think it will be one of the biggest upsets in cheer history

Smoed seems to be the only team making all 4 boys partner stunt. Everyone else is still putting up 6 stunts, but with two bases. Is the unassisted partner stunt that big of a point advantage to make them push so hard for the 4th one when it hasn't been consistent? Wouldn't it be smarter to have 3 consistent boys partner and one 2 man than risk a fall? Is the reward really worth the risk?
I literally said that exact same thing earlier, I'm assuming Eddie was going for that difficulty to get from 7th. But with that deduction I'm unsure as to whether they'll globe

Roll on awards...

If BSB doesn't win

I KNOW they SHOULD win, but I'm trying to not get my hopes up. USASF likes to throw wrenches, so I'm trying to wait to get excited!

I know it! So far all but large coed, my top picks have been silver medalists so I'm nervous! I want it so bad for them it's been such a long time coming

i cant even force myself to be mad when it comes to large senior, because im beyond happy for F5 winning worlds again.
however i have very mixed feelings, i dont buy the whole anarchy of the coaches complaining, i would imagine after panthers going that at the very least both WC and CA coaches would have said something. I love CEA, i really do, but when things don't go their way they act like the whole world ends, and i want to say once they realized CSP was complaining they all decided to join in behind her. To add to that SE couldnt really afford many deductions both days because didnt they have the third lowest raw score for both day 1 and day 2.
im also shocked at how sour Stingrays have been, they fact that they had 6 points in deductions and still placed 2nd is crazy. They should be blessed to have that many problems and still be able to globe that high.

Im not surprised that the whole rain thing happened though, it was bound to happen at some point considering that they are having an outdoor competition in the middle of the summer in florida, you would think after so many years of having worlds here that USASF would think having an outdoor competition might not be the best idea, regardless of overflow of people attending.
Catching up from missed pages this morning. Not sure if anyone ever responded but there wasn't any rain last night. The stage was wet from humidity and dew on the grass. You know normal things that happen in the South that time of night. No rain at all yesterday to my knowledge.
