Just because it covers the body doesn't mean that body is going to look good in it. Not everyone looks good in a pair of leggings or yoga pants and that is exactly what those capris look like. It goes with something I repeat over and over when I see people out in public, just because it is in your size doesn't mean you should wear it. As someone who hates when girls wear leggings and don't have a shirt on to cover the front and behind I pray that this doesn't become a trend. Unless you are itty bitty it will not look good, and even then it still can look VERY unflattering. I would rather see some bellys showing in a crop top then it all stuffed into an unflattering piece of spanfex fabric.

A.M.E.N. :)

I know Im the only one. But I hope capris and full tops become the standard for coed teams.
First and foremost because if we step away from short skirts and tummies I think we'll get looked at better.

But also because I hate the dichotomy of uniforms on a coed team. Girls and guys look like theyre not even on the same team when theyre standing right next to each other.

Also, If I have to endure the torture that is pants, so do you all!!

As much as I don't like the capris, it does make coed teams look more uniform. Several people made that argument after TG debuted them at Worlds and after watching video, I agreed. Guys and girls uniforms have a tendency to look drastically different and it does look weird at times. It's one thing to make a uniform less "feminine" looking for the boys, but it doesn't need to look completely different.

I'll never understand how girls complain about full length tops being "too hot". Many guys compete in long sleeve full tops and pants and I don't see them collapsing or dying from heat exhaustion after the routine ends.

Cool! One of our coaches has done choreography for teams in sweden (he speaks six languages, sweedish being one of his most fluent) and one of their girls came over and spent about four months over here with us last year. We miss her!
Wow, six languages! What team are you from?

i don't like how its plane black. it would be better with some design on it

I think their uniforms are fine. I wish the pants were a little bit more swagged-out. I don't like the shiny material on the top. But hey its better to be more covered up, then not covered up?

I also felt like f5's day 2 uniform would have looked nice with longer short or capris. I felt that they looked some what uneven..they were so covered up on top, and not enough on the bottom.

If I was the one designing this F5 uni I would take the mesh out of the belly.. in which I think a Fierce team did that and it looked sick ! I think this uniform would be sweet if it was like that !

you are correct about Fierce All Stars- Ladykats! i agree, it looks better Facebook

i agree but if you did that then i think you'd have to take out the mesh around the neck and the half turtleneck thing. i think it would look awkward if you kept that part and took out the mesh on the stomach
