I'm sorry for asking, but was there some sort of an accident?

I can only speak to the one name mentioned, Carlos, who was a member of IOC and if I remember correctly large coed a few years ago, who was killed in a car accident this summer. The other names mentioned in the mix I have no knowledge of

I believe Omar was also in this accident and was actually supposed to be on this team this year.

Yes, the routine is a tribute to Omar specifically as he was a member of this team in the beginning of the season until his unfortunate death. A tribute to the rest of the fallen jags is at the end of the pyramid when all their names are said in the music.

I've seen this team at their practices this past week and they normally look WAAAAAAAYYYYY better than this! Hoping they will do the routine justice tomorrow because Jose and Greg have done an incredible job putting it together, along with the touching music.

The sign says "OMAR" and when its turned upside down it says "JAGS" .. Its in a special font, similar to Top Gun's new logo (which can be found on some of their new apparel (Top Gun Black Bow - Top Cheer Gear)

alot of teams that perform today did not have that high energy its was a very low key almost like a showcase feel.. to cramped and rude event people :/
