branching off of this question...to all gym owners/managers out there: what do you look for when hiring staff? is it based off years of experience, personality, etc?I know there was a question like this for cheer athletics but how does stingrays hire their staff?
I have always wanted to dance to this song. I love it.Also, has anyone ever seen a team do their dance to Toxic by Britney Spears?

Do stingray cheerleaders wear makeup?
I think they wear makeup but it's just enough so it shows up like they don't on stage. Accentuates their features without looking like stage makeup.Do stingray cheerleaders wear makeup?
I got these off the Cali Facebook page, I might have missed someCould someone list the Cali team names and their divisions? Like Sparkles & Aces. I'd like to know what teams people are talking about
we have both and yes it was for fame a couple years ago and just became a tradition like stars cheetah bows. They do but they wear red bows too sometimes. And apparently it's some sort of tradition.....
ETA: Sorry I'm a little late!
Cheeranswers is it just a tradition b/c at one point they had red bows? Or is there another story behind it?
it was originally for the guy on fame . then the next year wore it for valentines day and now its a traditionthe fame thing was 2009. so most of the kids on ody now probably weren't on senior teams yet at the time.
