It doesn't matter. She shouldn't be tagging children in a post that's trash talking their coach and program. She can do what she wants with her own children but to involve other people's children is not appropriate.
Are you just against the tagging or the whole post?

All she said is what thousands have probably said after watching some episodes of Cheerleaders.
I thought she was talking about Jenee's experience on Smoed until 3/4 of the way through her statement. Lol.
They're just words on a post on Instagram. That is not causing any harm to them in any way.

The whole post. I think the tagging just makes it worse.
Just wondering because I feel torn. Tagging the kids was an epic no, but if what she said is true I cant imagine how angry she is and maybe in the heat of the moment wrote it all out. Lord knows if I felt my kid was being bullied I wouldn't have been as nice as she was. (I have red hair and im irish go figure)

My point is that whatever issues she had with CEA and/or the coaches should have been taken up with them. Whether they were or were not I don't know. But once they cut ties they should have moved on and found a place that better suited them. Problem solved. Publicly trash talking the program on your child's instagram is not a mature or productive way to handle the situation.

And just a tip for you - "words on a post on Instagram" or any social media site can and do cause harm. You should not ever take lightly the things you say. If I were a gym owner considering this child for a team I would absolutely take into consideration the fact that her mother acted like this toward her previous gym.

No ADULT needs to be involved in this on any level, but particularly on social media. Tagging, posting, whatever.

I expect that from kids. Not grown women.

Also, the adults set the tone for the kids. Once the adults take to instagram, the kids will think it's totally ok to continue stirring it up and will not let it DIE.

The REAL ISSUE I have here is that Senior Elite has what, 30something OTHER people on it. All of the pettiness surrounding ONE person's move has now made Senior Elite about ONE person. This is a team sport.

Their focus right now should be Worlds and instead, grown adults are on instagram being all OMG about ONE person. I'd hate going to practice and having 90% of the convos being about one person, as if that person comprised the entire team.

I'm not a parent so I respect your perspective and can certainly see that side of it. I just don't think it's very adult-like to take to your kid's social media accounts to get your point across.

Teehee im not a parent either but I do have a niece who I think is around Ambers age (15 who thinks shes 30)(my niece not Amber) but even for her I would spring into action. But I do agree on such a well known team maybe its best to keep all drama in house.
