unless the judges were able to see hair ties (or similar) on the girls' wrists who pushed up their sleeves. (Yep, had that happen to our half year team)
i got this deduction my 1st year of competitive rec. My uniform was too small so it came up and i had a hair tie on. We seriously lost because of ME. (never forget)

These are from CP's previous gym. I think they're beautiful & a huge improvement over the crushed velvet look they had for 4 years.

Here is what I have decided. Full tops look silly when tucked in if there is a different colored waist band on the skirt/shorts. Crop tops look better with the waistband color.

This is quite the dilemma. I think I prefer full tops that aren't tucked in.

I prefer the "tucked in" or leo with skirt over the top option. If it's not a leo it just rides up and you see "midriffs" and every girl out there is pulling their top down after every skill. I do prefer the waist band to be the same color as the rest of the uniform on full tops however, but that's just personal preference.

The tucked in leo is okay, I just don't like how it looks with a different color waistband.

I have this weird pet peeve about full tops. I don't like when the waistband is the same color as the uniform base because it begins to look more like a school uniform well at least in my eyes, nothing against school uniforms but I want an Allstar uniform to look like an allstar uniform, not something I could potentially see on the field in a few years. Having a colored waist band and colored band under the chest just gives it that little edge that doesn't make it looks so "hi I am a trendy school uniform" and in some cases , it makes "bigger" athletes look thinner since you are focusing on the pop or color rather than a stomach.

Now with the Leo and bodysuits trending, I hate normal full tops that don't tuck in. Mainly because when I see kids compete and their stomachs show under their full top that flipped up, I immediately focus on that rather than their motions and they always mess with it to bring it down.

But once again that's just my opinion.

Too funny. We have literally completely opposite opinions.
