Hello,
I have done general searches on the board about info for criteria on what skills you need for a Restricted Junior Level 5 and I can't find any resources. I also went to USASF and they don't seem to be posting their rules anymore.
Anyone have any good resources I can read? CP is...
Ok. I have looked through the USASF rules and searched through Fierceboard for the low down on Senior Restricted 5. (So don't hate please) When I read the USASF rules I am never 100% sure that my interpretation of them is correct.
The tryout info packet for our gym has just come out today...
I cannot land a jump to back tuck for anything! I need help with jumping up after the jump into the tuck instead of back. I am open to trying new things I could do such as jump to punch front if it is legal in my division. Help?
This is my first year on a level 5 restricted team. Say anything. It can be standing or running.

Would someone explain to me what 'restricted' (as in L5) means? I know that they cannot qualify for Worlds, but what makes a L5 team 'restricted'?
Someone explained it to me before, but they did it quickly and I had no time for questions.
Just wondering.
Thanks!
Have a nice day!
Love,

What are some creative passes that you would be impressed to see in the restricted 5 division? We have a few girls that are very good and wanted to be challenged by bumping up the difficulty of thier passes.
Thank you so much in advance for the ideas! :)
so i saw on another thread of videos by division and saw stingrays black, and i was just wondering if they were in fact restricted? this is the video i saw:
im wondering because in the video, the last pass ends in a whip full, when is USASF rules it states
Tumbling skills are allowed up to 1...
I have always wondered what was a gyms deciding factor between placing a strong lv. 4 athlete or SR5? Is it if they have jumps to back? If they can stunt strong on that level? This is also for a situation if a girl is in between levels. If she can do a running full but her standing tumbling is...
I see a ton of restrictions for the regular lvl 5 divisions, but how about the restricted lvl 5 divisions? I haven't seen many of the teams so help me out, anybody that has, please give me your opinions.
I saw on another thread a link to the most current listing of nca teams. I noticed that they have not split senior 5 restriced all girl from coed. I guess they will eventually. My question is wether they will then split these between large and small team? I noticed that there are some huge...
Actually, two questions. Any idea wether they are separating large squad and small squad in the senior restricted coed division? ANd any idea how many teams have coed divisions in senior lvl 5 restriced? We are new to this division, twist and shout has two senior lvl 5 teams but we are the first...
small senior restricted, large senior restricted, small coed senior restricted, or large coed senior restricted
TNT Magnum Shock
South Jersey Storm Surge
Maryland Marlins Vortex
i looked for a specific thread but didnt find one so sorry if this is a copy.....but what gyms are having SMALL senior restricted level 5....keystone extreme blackout is my team.
We just went to Jamfest on Saturday and a team in our division(Large Senior Restricted 5), the last pass did a whip full. And they got deducted like 20 points for it because it was "illegal". Is this a new rule this year? I never thought that it was illegal! Especially since everyone does them...
I just wondered why in restricted 5 you are allowed to do bounding skills and arabians and such but the order of skill progression according to the USASF arabians and bounding skills are after you learn a double full.... any thoughts on this?
