International divisions should be based on percentage of the amount of teams. Lets say 30%. So you have 9 teams from one country, 3 go through. You have 3 teams, 1 goes through. You have 1 team, you have to rework your routine so only 30% of the team go through. Pick your faves!

thank you!! we still are not 100% but our gym owner was asking the last few teams their scores. they still actually haven't announced it.
