Here's what CheerExpo says about the .0 and .2 divisions:

3. Any all-star divisions not listed on the official USASF/IASF Age Grid will compete as "Exhibition" meaning they will not be eligible for MaxOut, The ONE Bids or Worlds Bids. Additionally, divisions listed as ".2"or “.0”divisions will not be eligible for Level Champs Awards. Level 4.2 will follow level 4 rules for stunts, pyramids and tosses and level 2 rules for all tumbling. Senior 2.0 will follow level 2 rules for stunts, pyramids & tosses and no standing or running will be permitted or scored. Routine time for Senior 2.0 will be 2:00.

It was announce publicly! Idk I found it on fb and insta
I went through their page and found nothing. Seriously, please share if you find it. Because a 5.0 would mean no tumbling at all. Level 5 okay, but level 5.0 is totally weird.
